Sommelier job in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai.

The position is offering a salary of 1500 dirhams and we are open to considering a foreign candidate. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the wine selection and providing service in the restaurant.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Sommelier. Knowledge of cellar management, food and beverage pairing, and excellent customer service skills are essential. They should also be able to demonstrate an understanding of international wines and their regions of origin.

The successful applicant will be expected to provide advice to guests about food/wine pairings, suggest bottles from our extensive wine list, refill glasses, decant bottles, take orders, make recommendations, ensure that the wine refrigerators are stocked with the appropriate wines and maintain records of all sales and inventory purchases.

Additionally, they should be able to ensure that all safety regulations related to serving alcohol are followed properly at all times.
