We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, creating menus and managing kitchen operations. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 per month. We are also willing to consider applicants with no prior experience in the culinary industry.

The ideal candidate will have excellent cooking skills, a passion for food, and the ability to lead a team. They should be creative and organized, with the ability to work well under pressure and multitask. The Chef must be willing to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Main responsibilities include:

- Planning menus based on availability of seasonal ingredients
- Preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assisting in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or marinating meats
- Ordering supplies as needed
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring that sufficient ingredients are available at all times
- Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring that they follow proper safety procedures
- Ensuring that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of food items

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Ability to lead a team of cooks
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
