Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Salesman to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 2+ years of experience in sales or related field.
• Knowledgeable of customer service principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet or exceed quotas.
• Proven track record of successful problem solving and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is preferred but not essential (foreigners are welcome).
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting, qualifying, proposing, closing, and follow up on customers’ inquiries.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calls, business directories, etc.
• Develop relationships with existing customers as well as potential customers through face-to-face meetings and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, quotations, presentations for customers using product knowledge and customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update customer information accurately in the CRM system so that all information is available at any time for management review.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge about products offered by the company so that accurate product information is provided to clients at all times.
