Job Duties:
• Welcome customers to the café; take accurate orders for food and drinks
• Prepare beverages such as espresso coffee, cappuccino, latte, macchiato etc. according to recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure efficient running of the café by keeping stock levels up to date
• Ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed correctly
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times
• Assist in food preparation when required.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Attention to detail when preparing drinks and serving customers
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
