Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of dishes with speed and accuracy
• Maintain high standards of hygiene while following specific health & safety regulations
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes
• Participate in menu development
• Train kitchen staff on new recipes, procedures, and techniques
• Assist with menu planning and cost control
