Job Title: Bartender

Salary: 1600 AED

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field and be able to take orders from customers, mix drinks, serve drinks, and provide excellent customer service. We are happy to consider foreign applicants with the right qualifications.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers according to standard recipes
• Greet customers, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous manner
• Serve drinks and food items to customers
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and served in a timely manner
• Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
• Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, napkins, straws etc. as needed
• Monitor guests’ consumption of alcoholic beverages and intervene when necessary
• Comply with all health department regulations regarding serving of alcohol
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Bartender or similar role
• Good knowledge of mixing techniques and recipes • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent customer service skills • Flexibility to work in shifts • Good communication skills • Ability to take directions from management team
