HR manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced HR manager to join our company in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of human resources policies and procedures, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. We are offering a salary of 1400 AED per month. No prior experience is required, which makes this an ideal opportunity for someone new to the field.

The HR manager's main duties will include recruiting, onboarding, and orienting new employees; managing employee relations; conducting performance reviews; administering payroll; ensuring compliance with legal regulations; handling employee grievances; developing policies and procedures for the organization; training staff on new policies or procedures; and administering benefits programs. Additional duties may be assigned from time to time.
