We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in Human Resources to help streamline and develop processes in this area. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them according to their importance.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating personnel policies, procedures and programs; recruiting, selecting and training staff; advising managers on organizational changes; ensuring legal compliance with labor laws; managing employee relations; administering benefits and compensation programs; conducting performance reviews; maintaining records; managing payroll functions; providing guidance on career development opportunities.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience. We are willing to consider foreign candidates who meet the qualifications for this position. The salary offered is 1200 AED per month.
