Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Create, implement and maintain security policies and procedures for the company premises
• Monitor access control points within the premises using CCTV systems and other surveillance tools
• Investigate any suspicious activity or incidents reported within the premises
• Maintain a secure environment by monitoring visitors, contractors and staff members who enter the building
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular inspections of firefighting equipment, lighting systems, security systems etc.
• Respond to emergency situations as required
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Knowledge of security operations principles • Ability to use IT tools such as CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
