Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurately managing financial transactions within the bank.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work with accuracy and efficiency. We are willing to consider candidates who are immigrants.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions
• Ensure accuracy of teller transactions by following established procedures
• Balance daily transaction totals
• Provide customers with information about bank products and services
• Process all types of banking transactions according to established guidelines
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to customer privacy
• Follow security procedures to protect customer funds and bank assets

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• At least 3 years of experience as a Bank Teller or in a related banking role
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1800 AED
