Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and selecting suitable candidates for our organization. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400 and we are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop effective recruitment strategies and plans to attract qualified candidates
• Source candidates through job postings, networking, and other recruiting tools
• Review resumes and applications to assess suitability of potential candidates
• Conduct initial phone interviews to narrow down the applicant pool
• Schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers
• Assist with onboarding processes by providing the necessary documentation
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.
• Review employment laws and regulations related to recruitment activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or related field
• Knowledge of recruitment software, like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset; able to identify trends in the data
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
