We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter for a permanent position in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates to fill job openings within the company. This individual must have excellent organizational skills and a solid understanding of recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills. They must also be able to think critically and analyze data to make decisions. Previous experience in recruiting is preferred, though not required. The successful candidate must also be comfortable working with a team and independently.

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: evaluating resumes and qualifications; conducting interviews; confirming references; negotiating salaries; conducting background checks; creating job offers; onboarding new employees; managing recruitment software systems; developing recruitment strategies to attract potential candidates; attending job fairs and other events related to recruitment activities; providing advice on all aspects of the recruiting process.

This is a full-time role with a salary of 1300 per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are open to considering foreign applicants as well as UAE nationals for this position.
