We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is responsible for managing and developing our sales team, while driving revenue growth in the region. This will involve direct selling of our services, overseeing the sales process from beginning to end, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Manage sales activities for assigned territories in order to achieve maximum profit potential
• Supervise sales staff on a daily basis, providing coaching and guidance as needed
• Develop effective strategies to increase sales volume and market share
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas of opportunity
• Maintain relationships with existing customers while building new relationships with potential customers
• Create marketing plans for products or services within assigned territories
• Monitor performance of the sales team against set targets and goals
• Review reports on customer feedback, competitor activity, pricing changes, etc.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent field of study • Proven experience in a similar role • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) • Self-motivated with high energy levels • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience working with international customers is an advantage We welcome applications from foreigners as well as local candidates!
