Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. He/She must analyze sales data, develop forecasts, set targets, and suggest methods to improve sales performance. The Sales Manager should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
•Develop strategies to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue
•Lead the sales team in achieving targets
•Analyze market trends and anticipate customer needs
•Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
•Monitor customer satisfaction levels
•Provide training and mentoring for the sales staff
•Negotiate contracts with customers

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
•3 years of experience in a similar role
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
•Good understanding of market research techniques

Salary: 1000 AED per month
