We are looking for an experienced and talented Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role comes with a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. We are open to both local and foreign applicants, regardless of experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of service for our guests. The Housekeeping Manager will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel
• Supervise housekeeping staff and manage their daily duties
• Train new staff members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
• Monitor supplies inventory and order necessary items as needed
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff members
• Assist with budgeting and cost control initiatives
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an advantage, though not required
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
• Good knowledge of safety regulations
