We are looking for an experienced and motivated Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple departments, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include but are not limited to: answering phone calls and emails; scheduling appointments; maintaining records; transcribing documents; preparing reports; organizing meetings and events; providing customer service support; managing office supplies; preparing correspondence and other documentation; managing the office calendar; maintaining filing systems; organizing travel arrangements as needed.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of 1100 AED per month with potential performance bonuses available. We are willing to consider applicants from outside the UAE who are eligible for immigration.
