We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be willing to relocate to Al-Kuwait.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our daily operations, monitoring the performance of staff, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner, enforcing safety regulations, and reporting any issues that arise. The Supervisor will also provide regular feedback on staff performance and suggest improvements or changes. Additionally, they will need to work closely with other departments in order to ensure our goals are met efficiently.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, strong organizational skills, be highly attentive to detail, and have the ability to take initiative when needed. They must also understand customer service and have experience working with diverse teams.
