Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations, from menu planning and food preparation to kitchen management and staff development. The successful candidate will ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency while also meeting customer expectations. The Executive Chef will also manage the kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing new recipes and creating innovative dishes that exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:
-A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
-Experience managing kitchen staff
-Knowledge of food production processes and techniques
-Ability to develop new recipes and create innovative dishes
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills with customers as well as kitchen staff
