Land Surveyor – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a professional and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position offers an excellent salary of 1100 per month and is open to both Saudi nationals and foreigners.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in surveying, land mapping and engineering. He/she must possess excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently or with a team as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Collect survey data using fieldwork and global positioning systems (GPS)
• Analyze survey results using computer software programs for mapping
• Create maps for construction projects, real estate developments and other engineering projects
• Prepare reports on findings based on survey results
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to land disputes or title transfer
• Work with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure accurate measurements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in surveying or civil engineering with at least 5 years of experience in land surveying or related field
• Excellent knowledge of software packages used in the surveying industry (AutoCAD, ArcGIS)
• Ability to read technical drawings/plans accurately
• Ability to use analytical thinking skills to solve problems quickly and accurately
