Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1400 SAR per month

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will possess excellent surveying skills and be able to work independently as well as within a team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques and experience using a variety of survey instruments.

Responsibilities:
• Perform surveys of land parcels and construction sites using a variety of survey instruments such as total stations, levels, GPS receivers and laser scanners.
• Prepare detailed topographic maps for land use planning purposes
• Take measurements of angles, distances between points, elevations and angles of slope for the purpose of preparing legal descriptions for deeds or other documents
• Establish bench marks and reference points that are used to measure elevations and other attributes during the survey process
• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, geologists and cartographers to create accurate maps for various projects
• Analyze data collected through surveys to determine locations, boundaries or elevations of land features
• Use computer software to store and analyze data collected from surveys

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Land Surveying
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledgeable in Geographic Information System (GIS) software is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
