Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes overseeing staff and customer service, developing menus, organizing promotional events, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of success.

The successful applicant will be offered a salary of 1100 AED per month, plus performance-based bonuses. We are also willing to consider immigrant candidates who possess the right skills and experience.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
• Ensure staff provide excellent customer service
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling and performance
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Develop menus based on customer feedback
• Create promotional events to increase revenue
• Maintain health and safety standards in the restaurant

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations including HACCP standards
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
