Job Description:
The Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care, performing accurate assessments, administering treatments, medications and injections, monitoring patients' progress, providing education and support to patients and their families, participating in interdisciplinary teams, coordinating patient discharge planning and providing post-discharge follow-ups. The Nurse will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of patient assessments and treatments.
