We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and have prior experience in the Middle Eastern cuisine. Our restaurant is focused on providing a traditional Middle Eastern dining experience, so familiarity with local dishes is a must.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to our recipes and standards. They will also be responsible for creating new recipes and menu items based on customer feedback. In addition, they will be responsible for ordering food supplies, tracking inventory, and maintaining strict food safety standards. The Executive Chef must also ensure that all meals are served promptly and efficiently.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They should possess strong leadership qualities and be able to motivate their staff to perform at their best. The ideal candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal skills as they will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.
