Position Title: Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We are open to candidates with no experience, as we are willing to provide training and guidance. As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees, managing projects, ensuring efficient operations, and building relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor performance metrics and keep track of trends in customer satisfaction and market conditions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback on their progress
• Develop action plans to address any operational issues that arise
• Coordinate activities between departments and external stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organizational, problem-solving, time management, decision making, multitasking skills
