PHLEBOTOMIST - AL-KUWAIT
We are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood specimens from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing and analysis. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience working as a Phlebotomist, as well as the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and respect patient privacy at all times. The successful applicant should be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain procedures to patients.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Collect blood samples from patients in accordance with approved standards
• Prepare samples for laboratory testing and analysis
• Ensure proper labeling of specimen containers
• Follow all safety protocols when collecting blood samples
• Explain the procedure to patients prior to collection
• Perform venipuncture, capillary punctures, arterial punctures, skin punctures and heel sticks as needed
• Enter data into lab systems accurately and efficiently
• Handle all specimens according to accepted standards of practice
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment

Qualifications & Skills:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; certification or licensure preferred but not required
• At least two years’ experience working as a Phlebotomist
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain procedures to patients
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and respect patient privacy at all times
