Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a Financial Analyst to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will possess a high level of analytical skills and be able to analyze financial data and develop effective strategies for improving the company’s profitability. The role will involve monitoring and analyzing financial performance, conducting research and forecasting, developing financial models, analyzing trends and making recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one year of experience in a finance-related field, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial performance and develop strategies for improvement.
• Monitor economic trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities or risks.
• Develop financial models and use them to analyze data, forecast future performance, evaluate investments, or make other recommendations.
• Prepare reports on findings for senior management.
• Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, etc.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Evaluate new business opportunities or investments.
• Assist with budgeting processes by preparing forecasts or budgeting models.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of experience in a finance-related field preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential for this role.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) is required as well as understanding of financial markets and investment instruments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is needed as well as strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is desired.
