As part of the role, the Painter will have the responsibility of creating high-quality finishes to a variety of surfaces through painting and wallpapering techniques. This includes preparing walls by removing old paint or wallpaper and any necessary repairs; mixing paint in the correct proportions; applying primer coats; cutting in edges around ceilings and walls; and rolling or brushing paint onto surfaces. The job also requires selecting appropriate tools and materials for each job as well as cleaning up after each painting project is completed.

In order to be considered for this position you must have previous experience in painting as well as basic knowledge of color theory and design principles. A valid driver's license is also preferred. High attention to detail is essential for this role along with strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients or other staff members working on a project together.
