Requirements for the Candidate:
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Barista.
• Must be knowledgeable in coffee making techniques, including latte art.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of point of sale systems is an asset.

Job Description:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee drinks according to customers’ orders while following all health & safety guidelines set by the company as well as local regulations. You will also be responsible for cleaning all equipment used in the preparation of coffee drinks, restocking ingredients/supplies as needed, checking customer orders for accuracy, assisting with cashier duties when needed, providing excellent customer service at all times, and monitoring inventory levels regularly to ensure freshness of ingredients used in coffee preparation processes among other duties assigned by management from time-to-time.
