We are looking for a qualified and experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting, purchasing, and serving wines to customers in order to create an enjoyable dining experience.

The successful Sommelier will be expected to have a comprehensive knowledge of international wines and regions, as well as the expertise needed to serve each type of wine correctly. He or she will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date list of available wines and their prices, keeping stock organized and rotated, restocking when necessary, and completing weekly inventory counts. On top of that, the Sommelier will need to be able to recommend food-wine pairings that suit customer tastes and preferences.

In addition to having 1 year of experience working as a Sommelier in a similar environment, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills; the ability to work independently or as part of a team; good organizational skills; and proficiency with computers (including MS Office). The ability to speak more than one language is an added advantage.
