Barista - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and other drinks, to customers in our cafe.

The ideal candidate should have an extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs
• Take customer orders accurately
• Explain menu items to customers
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Adhere to all food hygiene standards when handling food items
• Accept payments from customers
• Suggest additional items or services to customers where appropriate

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (espresso extraction, latte art, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
