Job Title: Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The Merchandiser will be responsible for developing and executing a merchandising strategy to promote and sell products in the stores. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and experience in store merchandising.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement and maintain effective store layouts and product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock shelves, and rotate products as needed.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide customer service support to customers in the stores.
- Track customer purchasing trends and recommend changes to product selection accordingly.
- Ensure that all store policies are being followed correctly.
- Assist in training new staff members on merchandising techniques and protocols.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, detail orientated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience working with international customers is an asset for this position, although not required. Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage but not mandatory either. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position but preference will be given to local candidates first.
