The successful candidate should have at least three years of experience training clients in a gym setting and be knowledgeable about the latest fitness trends. They should also have excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

The role will involve designing individualized training programs for clients, helping them achieve their goals, motivating them to stay on track, providing feedback on their progress, and supervising their exercise routines. The trainer must be able to coach clients on proper exercise technique and nutrition habits as well as provide advice on healthy lifestyle changes. They must also be comfortable with using technology such as fitness tracking apps or online programs to maintain client records.
