We are currently looking for an experienced HR manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, and at least 5 years of professional working experience in HR management.

The primary responsibility of the HR Manager is to oversee the entire Human Resources Department and ensure that all policies and procedures are up to date. This includes managing the recruitment process, employee relations, and payroll. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing strategies to improve the overall performance of the staff and ensuring that all organizational goals are met. Additionally, they will play an important role in developing a positive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion within the company.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. They should also be familiar with relevant laws and regulations concerning HR management. A high level of professionalism is essential for this role as it requires interacting with senior management on a regular basis.
