We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all activities related to Human Resources, such as employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development activities, payroll processing and other related duties.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or equivalent, with at least 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the Middle East region is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A professional work attitude and strong organizational skills are also essential for this role. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively is also required.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop policies and procedures for the organization, ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, provide guidance on employee issues, coordinate recruitment activities, implement training programs, ensure proper implementation of performance management systems, maintain records and comply with labor law regulations.
