Security manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are seeking a Security Manager for a position based in Abu-Dhabi. The role of Security Manager is responsible for the overall security operations for the business. The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership and direction to all members of the security team and ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, have strong problem-solving skills, be able to use their own initiative, have an understanding of the local laws and regulations, and possess strong organizational skills. They should also have experience managing a team of people in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily security operations, managing any security incidents or breaches that may occur on site, monitoring CCTV systems, creating detailed reports regarding any incidents or accidents that take place onsite as well as developing strategies to ensure the safety and security of the premises at all times. They will also be required to conduct regular staff training sessions related to security procedures and protocols.

This is a full-time role with an attractive salary of 1100 per month. We are willing to consider applications from candidates who are immigrants with minimal work experience in this field.
