Instrument Technician

We are looking for an Instrument Technician to join our team at a position in Abu-Dhabi. The position carries a salary of 1000 and we are ready to consider a foreigner for the job. No experience is necessary, but we are looking for someone with good mechanical knowledge.

The Instrument Technician will be responsible for installing, calibrating, maintaining and repairing instrumentation systems and their components. This includes setup of new systems, troubleshooting existing systems and conducting regular preventive maintenance checks. The Instrument Technician will work closely with other departments in order to ensure that the instrumentation systems are functioning as expected.

The ideal candidate should have excellent mechanical skills, as well as strong problem solving skills and a good understanding of electrical/electronic instrumentation. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) would be an asset. Good communication skills are essential in order to interact effectively with colleagues and customers alike.
