Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Painter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing painting services and maintenance on buildings, residential homes, and other structures. You will need to be able to mix paints according to the needs of the project. You should also have good communication skills in order to understand the customer’s needs and provide estimates for their projects.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a professional painter
• Ability to mix paints according to the project’s needs
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
• Good communication skills in order to understand customers’ needs
• Must be physically fit as this is a physically demanding job
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have valid work authorization in Abu Dhabi (for immigrants)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities
• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, sanding rough spots, etc.
• Paint walls, ceilings, doors and trim using brushes, rollers or spray guns.
• Mix colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency as per customer requests.
• Apply varnishes or sealants on finished surfaces after painting is complete.
• Clean up all tools and materials after completing each job
• Inspect finished surfaces for quality control purposes
• Track inventory of supplies such as brushes, rollers, tape etc., and place orders when necessary
