Bank teller job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions and providing customer service to the bank’s clients. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in order to provide a friendly and efficient service.

The key responsibilities of this role include: accurately processing customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments; answering customer inquiries related to banking products and services; performing daily balancing of the cash drawer; ensuring all transactions are compliant with banking regulations and policies; cross selling bank products; maintaining confidentiality of customer information; filing paperwork related to transactions.

The successful applicant will have at least 1 year prior experience in a bank teller role, preferably in UAE. A degree or diploma in finance or accounting is preferred but not essential. You must also possess the ability to work well under pressure as well as remain calm and composed when dealing with difficult customers. Additionally, you must be fluent in English (Arabic is desirable but not essential).
