The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department. This includes ensuring high standards of cleanliness are achieved throughout the hotel, as well as managing staff, setting schedules and planning budgeting. The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• Minimum three years' experience in managing a housekeeping department;
• Knowledge of hotel operations;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

We offer an attractive salary package of 1800 AED per month with additional benefits commensurate with experience. We are open to considering foreign candidates as well.
