Auto Mechanic Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Auto Mechanic to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on cars, trucks, buses, and other vehicles. The ideal candidate should have excellent mechanical skills and a good knowledge of various automotive systems. This role offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month. We are open to considering foreigners for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical problems using computerized diagnostic equipment
• Repair or replace worn parts such as gaskets, belts, hoses, brake pads etc.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Test and adjust repaired systems for proper performance
• Inspect vehicle engines to diagnose issues accurately
• Explain repair costs and work performed to customers
• Keep shop area clean and organized at all times
• Follow instructions from supervisor regarding tasks assigned

Qualifications & Other Requirements

• Relevant certification or degree in Automotive Mechanics is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Auto Mechanic with extensive knowledge of automotive systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly
• High level of accuracy in all aspects of the job including diagnostics, repairs, maintenance etc.
