Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day operations and providing strategic guidance to ensure the company's long-term success. You will be expected to develop and implement effective business strategies, establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, and ensure the efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to maximize profitability
• Analyze data to identify trends in the market and opportunities for growth
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, shareholders, etc.
• Oversee daily operations of the company including budget management
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Monitor performance of employees and provide feedback as necessary
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a business manager or similar role in Qatar or abroad
• Demonstrated ability to develop successful business strategies that maximize profitability
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Strong communication skills with both internal staff and external partners/clients/stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of financial software is an asset
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Salary: 1600 QAR per month
