Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role requires a forward-thinking individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. The ideal candidate must be able to think strategically, possess excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and be able to motivate and lead sales staff.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a Sales management role
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies
• Ability to lead teams and inspire others to success
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work well under pressure
• Knowledge of customer service standards and best practices
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Fluency in English is essential; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
