We are currently seeking a highly experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

The Supervisor will be responsible for:
• Overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks to staff and monitoring progress
• Training and managing personnel; addressing issues as they arise
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Acting as a link between management and staff; providing feedback to management about staff performance
• Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed
• Preparing reports on operational activities, including budgets and schedules

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to motivate staff members
• An understanding of health & safety protocols and regulations
