Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for using advanced surveying techniques to measure and map land areas for development projects. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, excellent communication skills, and previous experience with land surveying. We are ready to consider a foreigner.
Responsibilities
• Collect data using advanced surveying techniques such as GPS and LiDAR.
• Prepare survey reports, maps, drawings, and other materials as needed.
• Analyze data from surveys for accuracy and completeness.
• Update existing maps with newly surveyed areas or changes in terrain or features.
• Assist in the development of new methods or procedures to improve survey accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on land analysis activities.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with survey specifications.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics Engineering or related field required.
• Previous experience as a land surveyor is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to use advanced surveying equipment such as GPS and LiDAR systems is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and logically when analyzing data or evaluating solutions is required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for report writing and collaboration with other professionals on projects as needed; knowledge of both English and Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
