We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a detailed understanding of surveying techniques and the ability to use a range of related software tools.

The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills. A thorough knowledge of local regulations, codes and laws pertaining to surveying is essential.

Our ideal Surveyor will be required to measure and document the boundaries of land parcels, research land records, inspect properties for legal compliance, prepare topographic maps and diagrams, set markers or stakes in the ground to mark boundaries and elevations, record measurements of site features such as slopes, elevations, contours and distances between points. They should also be able to use specialized techniques such as aerial reconnaissance, laser technology and GPS systems.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of 1600 per month. We are open to considering immigrant applicants for this role.
