Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers when they arrive at the restaurant and seat them.
• Take orders from customers and serve food & beverages.
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Monitor dining rooms for cleanliness, neatness, proper setup, etc.
• Ensure that all tables are properly set up with appropriate tableware.
• Prepare bills and process payments accurately.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years' experience working as a waiter in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of food & beverage services.
• Ability to remain professional at all times even in challenging situations.
• Ability to work in a team environment while following instructions from supervisors.
