Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Waiter to join our team in Riyadh. This position offers a salary of 1500 SAR and is open to immigrants.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar role in the hospitality industry. They must be proficient in providing excellent customer service, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to quality service is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Familiarize customers with the menu and assist them with their orders
• Prepare all orders correctly and accurately according to customer specifications
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards
• Ensure all orders are delivered promptly
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints
• Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Monitor inventory of supplies such as utensils, plates, cups, straws etc., and alert management when items need replenishing
• Follow health regulations regarding food safety

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a waiter (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of food service industry standards
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
