Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The position will be responsible for providing financial support to the organization by maintaining accurate books on accounts, monitoring and analyzing accounting data, and preparing financial reports. The successful candidate should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, maintain financial security by following internal controls, and have excellent organizational skills. In addition, the ideal candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively with other departments to ensure accurate processing of transactions.

Job Responsibilities:
The Accountant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the organization’s finances including but not limited to creating financial documents such as invoices, bills, payments, budgeting and forecasting. This position will also ensure accuracy in bookkeeping entries by reconciling entries with original documents and verifying data against source documents. Additionally, this role will monitor accounts receivable/payable activities to ensure timely payments are received/made while recommending changes when needed. This role will also provide support with the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets and other reports that may be requested from management or external sources.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
• At least 1 year experience in accounting or related fields
• Knowledgeable on applicable laws & regulations
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Proficient in various software programs such as MS Excel & Quickbooks
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively with other departments
• Fluency in English (verbal & written) is a must
