• A degree in civil engineering or a related field
• 5+ years experience in civil engineering or a similar field
• Excellent knowledge of planning, design and construction of residential, commercial or industrial projects
• Proven expertise in project management and risk analysis techniques
• Good communication and organizational skills

The responsibilities of the Civil Engineer include:
• Designing plans for various residential, commercial or industrial projects
• Ensuring that all designs comply with local regulations and safety standards • Preparing cost estimates for materials and labor costs associated with the project • Overseeing construction activities to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget • Ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle • Providing technical guidance to junior engineers or technicians • Monitoring progress of projects to ensure timely completion
