Job Description – Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position offers a salary of 1600 per month and we are willing to consider an immigrant for the role.

Job Responsibilities:
• Directing and managing restaurant operations within budgeted guidelines while upholding high standards of service quality, customer service, health & safety regulations, kitchen hygiene, etc.
• Developing plans for successful restaurant management including cost control measures, pricing strategies, staffing needs & business development plans.
• Analyzing financial data such as costs, sales figures & revenues to assess performance & identify areas of improvement.
• Monitoring customer service & recommending changes when necessary.
• Recruiting, training & supervising staff members in all areas of restaurant operations.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
• At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is essential
• Knowledge of food safety regulations & best practices regarding hygiene standards
• Excellent communication & leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate others
• Good problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for decision making
